Gently inflate the balloons with a few puffs of air, using either an air pump or your mouth. Next, secure the balloon to the helium tank (as illustrated) and continue inflating with helium. If the balloon doesn’t float or turn transparent once fully inflated, it indicates insufficient helium. Add a bit more to achieve the desired effect.
